Snatch 24kg: 5/5, 30/30
It is too hard for me to write down every little weight and lift when I do a varied session. Here is some ideas I got:
Snatch 2x20kg:5-see-saw press, rest (thanks Henke!) hard on cardio
Left arm: 10 supersetted oa swings with 36-32-28-24-20kg. Rest, change of arm.
10 two hand swings-10 elevated push-ups-farm holds to max, rest
10 two hand swings-10 double snatches-farm holds to max, rest
Circle training and supersetted lifts are fun. I am always surprised they get so damn hard.
