Snatch 20's & some lifting

Snatch 20kg: 5/5, 73L/65R (5min/5min)

LC 2x20kg: 5

LC 2x24kg: 5
LC 2x28kg: 5
LC 2x30kg: 2, 5
Sumo DL 2x40kg: 20/1min
See-saw press 2x20kg: 10/10

Snatches felt very nice and it might have been a PR with left hand. The sumo dl resulted in cramp in hamstrings. I find something good in rack with 30kg bells, weight on heels, knees locked out. Not sure what it is, just feels relaxing.

Snatch

Snatch 16kg: 10/10

Snatch 24kg: 10/10
Snatch 32kg: 2/2, 10/11, 11/12

Snatch 24kg: 20/20,20/20,20/20

Oa clean 32kg: 13/13

There is a virtual competition going on with snatch only and 32 kg only. It is arranged by a guy in a web community, since there have been several competitions with two arm lifts and 24 kgs. It was about time to give the strong guys guys a chance too.
32 kg is way too heavy for me as you see, but it was fun to try and reveal your weak points. Interestingly, I don't think that grip was the weakest link today, but the power needed to swing the bell up high enough. One can submit several attempts all of April so I will try this again.

Today, I lifted Eleiko bells with thicker handles; it tears the palm less, but maybe it makes grip tire faster.

Tomorrow is the Motala Biathlon competition will be nice to hear about some new personal (or national!!!) records and more.
