Bench press 80kg: 3x 4reps
Lot of stretching
Happy with squat stability at the bottom. The fact that I squat and bench the same weight I just pretend does not exist :-). Anyway, if that fact would have existed, it would probably have meant that it is better that I do some squats than none at all.
