Chi-gong for warm up. I find it great for getting energized before training if you are tired etc. I don't know yet if it will make me able to knock people down without even touching them, or running on water. It is good anyway.
Today, I tried cleans with thumbs forward with heavier bells. Felt square, tight and I didn't like it. At one point handles slammed together violently. Quite frightening actually. Of course, it is a new movement so it is to be expected.
