LC 2x32kg: 2x 5reps (could not "find" the lockout so quit)

Pull-ups: 4x 7reps

Mobility & stretch

Some light strain in lower back. I suspect that is what messed up the lockouts: i.e. I get more conscious and cautious and not jerking the bells fast and high enough.

No LC for a couple of days anyway.

Ring dips: 4x 8reps
