Warm up with swings
Deep squats 50kg: 2x 15reps
Deadlift 120kg: 4x 5reps
Bench 80kg: 3x 4reps
A different session for me and that I enjoyed. Kept the deadlifts down in order to not be crippled tomorrow. The squat rack was occupied, othewise I would have squated. Deadlifts are more fun though.
