Pull-ups: 3x 7reps
The long cycle felt bad and body sore from squats and bench. So I kept it short. I didn't look that bad at the video afterwards though, just a bit :-).
Saturday
LC 2x32kg: 21reps (+1 no-count)
OA LC 36kg: 7/7
Light stretching
LC felt ok today, shoulders more flexible. Now, I will scan FB for news from Hamburg.
Btw, I noticed that the UKC Open will take place at Hotel Carlia, not at the club. That is cool, I think several US competitions are carried out at hotels.
