I had some cold or light fever this week and thought that I better not train. More with the intention of avoiding half-heartedly and boring sessions than out of physiological concerns. The soreness in quads since Sunday was also something :-).
Tried to catch the bells with a dip in clean. Very nice to do ring dips again.
