Chi-gong
LC 2x32kg: 19 (+2 no-counts)
Jerk 2x24kg: 30
Clean 2x32kg: 20
Trying to get the dip in the clean. It is generally out of sync. And when I get tired, I forget it, which is not very smart. Still, even with sub-pair timing, the dip seems to save a lot of energy / shoulder fatigue.

I haven't uploaded any videos in a long time. Still, it is fun to be able to go back and watch old films. When uploading the above, I found this dogma/ underground video from 2010:
It is from my old home gym at the country side. It was a great training room. There was one big problem, though. There was no insulation so when it was cold outdoors, condensation made everything wet in there - kettlebells, windows etc. And, when it was not cold outdoors there was no point of going in to lift :-).
Tuesday 7th
Chi-gong: 1,5 hrs
Outdoors as always, a good cleansing of the lungs and recovery for body and mind.
