LC 2x32kg: 16, 10
Pull-ups: 5x 6reps
Tried to up rpm. Foremost by excluding rest in rack after lockout and go directly for de-clean. Harder on cardio, and I was quite cooked after the few lc reps.
Refreshed with some new paint.
