Felt tired in body (heavy bag?) and realized it was no use of trying to push it. Probably would have been better to just postpone kb-training to tomorrow.
Monday 29th

Clean 2x32kg: 20
Muscle soreness in several places from Saturday's session. In the core, back of shoulders, legs... Sore ! :-)
Tried with dips in cleans. I have always found that difficult with two bells, but I believe it started working today. Here is a wonderful video shared by Garbell at FB, in case someone missed it:
Now, there will be two days without kettlebells for me.
