Tried to work more consistently with fixometer at 4rpm. First set was one no-count.

Got two weeks of free training at another gym. They had heavy bags, so I trained a bit on them. I loved to train striking arts before I started with kettlebells. I guess it is like six, or seven, years since I hit the bag during training. It was very hard cardio wise. Obviously, nothing of the famous kettlebell "WTH effect" in that regard ;-). Still the striking worked like before and was very fun. Will see if joints protest tomorrow.
