Monday

LC 2x28kg: 30, 5rpm
OA swing 32kg: 3x 20/20reps
Deep squats: 28kg x 10reps; 40kg x 10reps

Elbow felt ok again, so I tried some LC. Swings are such a good lift. The 40kg squats were with bells on shoulders. You have to keep body upright, I guess it is a bit like frontsquat with barbell.
