2,5kms jogging
Tried to do some LC with 32s but could not clean and rack them properly. After attempting three sets I quit it and went for a jog. I guess it is because Saturday/yesterday I did some heavy gardening work so
my grip got quite tired.
Monday
LC 2x20kg, 2x24, 2x28kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x32kg: 10
LC 2x28kg: 18, 6rpm
Ring dips: 5x 6reps
Today it was more clear that Saturday's gardening endeavors were behind yesterday's LC failure. Even today, forearms felt numb, and tended to cramp... Hence, no pull-ups.
