LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x28kg: 40, 5rpm
OA LC 36kg: 5/5
Chins/pull-ups: 5x 6reps
Currently, the longer LC sets are mostly about mind and cardio for me. With 28s, I will stay at 8min x 5rpm for a while and when that gets "easier" - it will never get easy - I will make a jump to 9min at 5rpm.
