Tuesday training

Tuesday 29th
LC 2x24kg: 3x 5reps
LC 2x32kg: 18reps
LC 2x24kg: 3x 10reps, 10rpm

Loong rest

Mix of run/walk/intervals and sprints: 5kms

Happy with the LC today, both with 32s and 24s. Right now it feels like heavy bells are best for technique practice and lighter bells for special endurance and cardio. At other times light bells feel better for technique practice. It all moves in cycles, man.
