A bad set and a couple of ok ones

Friday 1st
LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x28kg: 25 / 5rpm, 18 /6rpm

I wanted another 8min/5rpm set with the 28kgs today, but it did not work out. It was like I didn't get the breathing in place - guess it was also a mental failure that made me focus on that I was getting tired.
The next set at 6rpm, actually felt really good throughout.

Saturday 2nd
LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x28kg: 41 / 5rpm, 12 /6rpm

Today the 8min set worked out again. And, yes, it makes my lungs work after a few minutes.
Blood on the T-shirt today!!!
