LC 2x20kg: 3x 5reps
LC 2x28kg: 7x 10reps
Deep squat 50kg: 3x 12reps (no squat rack)
Forgot my timer when I went to the gym. I decided to do some LC with focus on lockouts and 2nd dip. It felt good and as it was a good compliment to the sessions when there has been more of a focus on reps per minute.
