LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x28kg: 36, 5rpm (rpm PR)
OA LC 36kg: 5/5
Ring dips: 4x 7reps
Did 7min at 5rpm steady, except last minute which was 6rpm. Very hot outdoors. Probably, jogging tomorrow.
