Legs were - comparatively - quick today. Lock-outs not à point though.
Tuesday rest

LC 2x28kg: 25, 5rpm
Jerk 2x28kg: 15
Deep squat 50kg: 4x 10reps (no squat rack)
Pull-ups: 3x 7reps
Trained at the warm and damp gym so grip became an issue in LC. The light squats felt good as form check.
