LC 2x28kg: 30, 5rpm
6min, at 5rpm. I don't think it's a PR; still close to the top of my abilities. Felt tired in the body so I didn't do any more lifting.
Saturday
LC 2x20kg, 2x24, 2x28kg: 5 reps each
LC 2x32kg: 12
LC 2x28kg: 18/3min
LC 2x20kg: 20/2min
Walk/run: 5km (65-80% of HRmax)
Still good weather but not as hot. Good for training.
