LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 12
Ring dips: 5x 6reps
Chins/pull-ups: 5x 6reps
Tomorrow will be rest, and I foresee some barbell and jogging in the weekend. It is funny with the ring dips, how fast they got easier. Likely, it is about motorics.
