Tuesday

LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 18 (PR)

Another PR. I am not doing any super fast physical gains here. Rather it is mental and that I don't tense up as much and technique gets less bad. Hence, I jerk the 32s more in the same way/manner as the 20s.

Today 2nd dips were ok but cleans a bit off. Was contemplating pull-ups today as well... but nah :-). Tomorrow will be max 12 rep LC, and some other thing (jogging, dips or pull-ups).
