Sunday gym

Deep squats 50kg: 3x 12reps; 80kg: 3x 6reps

Oa LC 32kg: 10/10, 2x 5/5

Stretching

The odd reps schemes for squats is due to when the squat rack is free. Otherwise, a very nice training day,  happy that I can squat.
