LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 15
Pull-ups/chins: 4x 7reps
That's it. Felt tired in legs and got slow in jerk dips and thought there was no use to push it. Pork chops and mashed potatoe will now make me quick again.
Wedensday 25th
LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight

Walk to the gym
Deadlift 140kg: 10x 1 rep
The LC sucked today, but sometimes it has to be like that - I might should change template & weight for a while. The deadlifts... read an article (LINK) on rep schemes and found this 10x 1reps at 90% of max layout. It felt weird, not hard at all. On the other hand, such an approach might be what I need in order to combine deadlift with the other stuff without getting over-worked. Take a look at the article, it is a good compilation of templates.
