LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 10, 10


Another quick-session. One thing I like with the 32s is that they obliges me to really focus on being as fast as I can as well as "stretching out" in the lockout. I am neither fast, nor flexible, but in order to get the red ones over head at all, and keep them there for a second, I have to concentrate on those things anyway.
