LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 10
Jerk, fixmeter, 2x28kg:10
Chins/pull-ups: 5x 6reps
Very happy with LC today. It was also a little experiment, doing 10 reps a day with 32s for seven straight days. Feel ok with regard to joints and as maintenace training for general shape. Might help with lockouts.
