LC 2x20,2x24kg,2x28kg: 5 reps each weight
LC 2x32kg: 10
Ring dips: 3x 6reps, 4,4
Walk/run: 5,5kms (60-80% of HR max, almost no walking)
Sun was shining, felt like the most enjoyable session ever, even though that happens quite often.
