Deep squats 50kg 10reps; 60kg 2x 10reps; 80kg 5reps
Goblet squat 12kg: 20
Bench press 50kg 2x 10reps; 80kg 2x 3reps

A lot of stretching

Thursday 17th
LC 2x20, 2x24kg: 5 each
LC 2x28kg: 18, 12 (6rpm), 3x 7reps (7rpm/1min rests)
Jerk 2x20kg, Fixometer: 20
