Fixometer and other

Friday 11
LC 2x 24kg: 3x 5reps
LC 2x32kg, with Fixometer: 5,8,5,4,5,5

Lifted outdoors first time this year. I profited to lift 32s as I like the idea of being able to drop the weights when outdoors. Had some problems first sets to find a dry, non-slippery, and even place to stand on.
