The first strength set with the 32s was so bad that I just stopped it. The 2nd was ok for being me. The last set with 20kgs was good in that I got very tired.
Wedensday 9th
LC 2x20, 2x24kg: 5reps each
Three of this 3min superset: 2x28kg/6reps -> 2x24kg/7reps ->2x20kg/10reps
Oa LC 36kg: 4/4, 3/3
