Comfy LCCJ

LC 2x20, 2x24, 2x28kg: 5reps each
LC 2x32kg: 10
LC 2x28kg: 15reps/3min, 12reps/2min
LC 2x20kg: 30reps/3min

Pull-ups: 2x 6reps

An enjoyable training session. A bit too comfy though... :-). The last set was the hardest.
