10min set & article link

LC 2x20, 2x24kg: 5reps each
LC 2x28kg: 42 / 10min (5rpm 9th & 10th min)

Jerk: 2x28kg: 10 (with Fixometer, but the app closed at rep 7)

My third 10min set with 28s this year - felt fine and had nothing more to give at the end.
