Deep squat 50kg: 10
Deep squat 60kg: 2x 10reps
Deadlift 120kg: 10
And, I also walked on a crosstrainer as a warm up - it was ok. The 28s at the gym are decent but harder to lift than the Wolversons at home. It can also be that at home one is in a very controlled environment.
I want the kettlebell group at the Bunker to do something physically hard and safe tomorrow - "black cleans" maybe?
