Satisfied with the lifts, except the 24kg LC. The plan was to do more, but I just didn't have the ability of high rpm sets this day.
Wedensday
The GS-group at the Bunker in Kärra. Great advancement since last week. We tried some snatch and the group learnt quickly. Karin introduced some physically more demanding sets which seemed appreciated.
Thursday 13th
I realized I have not done any pyramides in a while. I went for what I call the
"Ginko-pyramid": 10,20,50-60,40,30,20,20% of the lifter's max rep.
