Next LC goal is 28kgs at 5rpm for 6minutes. Theoretically, that goal should not be that far away; but it sure feels remote. The main tools to go there, I guess is faster rpms with lighter bells as well as some 6rpm sets with 28kgs. The fixometer jerk training seems to have strenghtened the lock-outs, so for the 6min goal it is a cardiovascular issue.
