Bunker, Fixometer, Outside Swings

Monday 17th
"Kettlebell sport lifts" group at the Bunker. A nice session, finished with Tabata double high pulls that participants pulled off with the honour, and some laughs of despair.


Kettlebellgruppen är på: måndagar 19:30 jämna veckor och onsdagar kl 17:15 ojämna veckor.

Tuesday 18th
Jerk 2x20kg, 2x24kg, 2x28kg: 5rep each

Jerk 2x32kg, with Fixometer: 10reps (+2 no-counts, "greenlighted" by the Fixometer... too ugly though)
Jerk 2x28kg, with Fixometer: 25reps
Jerk 2x24kg, with Fixometer: 20reps
Jerk 2x20kg, with Fixometer: 20reps (easier, so I tried some variations)

Outside swings 2x20kg: 2x 20reps

Some Fixometer work, before I get tired, fixations are given a green light quicker now. It also helps - I believe - having both a fully charged Fixometer and phone.

Outside swings, is an old love. Don't know why I stopped doing them. The narrow stance is a nice change a challenges both my balance and motorics.
