Clean 2x28kg: 40, 8rpm
A while since I did clean only. Got more tired than planned. I want to try a full 10min (maybe 7rpm?) set someday without running before.
Tomorrow night is off to the Bunker for the first meeting of our group that wants to work on the 'big three' lifts of kettlebell. It is allready fully booked. Will be fun.
