Forgot my knee support so I settled for jerks or squats.

Jerk 2x28kg: 5
Jerk 2x32kg, with fixometer: 8
Jerk 2x28kg, with fixometer: 20
Jerk 2x20kg, with fixometer: 33
Kettlebell complex 1x20kg/10reps per hand: swing, clean, press, jerk, push-ups, repeat for 5 min
