Thursday baby squats

Deep squat 50kg: 3x 10reps
Deep squat 60kg: 10

OA long cycle 32kg: 10/10

I didn't do my squats last weekend and really missed them. Due to worn knees I have to do them light but it feels very good to do something in that range of motion in between jerks.
