All 1min sets and 1 min pauses:
LC 2x28kg: 3x 6reps
LC 2x24kg: 3x 10reps
LC 2x20kg: 3x 10reps
Farm walk 2x20kg: 3min (fail)
Interestingly, the intervals felt so much harder on cardio than 10x6reps w 28s.
I have seen on the Internet that hard men like Niclas and Bolle do farm walk with 2x24kg and heavier for 10 minutes. This was also advocated by Igor Morozov at his course. I tried with 2x20kg and only made 3minutes! Room for improvement in other words - the world will see.
