LC 2x24kg: 24/4min
Three half-hearted sets at 10min max tempo: 6rpm w 24s, 4rpm with 28s. Trying out the cruise control. When I watched video afterwards, I was happy with form, though.
Saturday
Squats 50kg: 2x 10reps; 60kg 2x 10reps; 70kg x 7reps
Snatch play with 20 & 28kg; one hand and two hand (one bell)
Stretching
An easy session and very fun. There is the Udevalla Open LC next weekend. I plan one more easy session with cardio focus and then rest. Lots of rest has worked best for me so far.
I am thinking of switching to biathlon for a while. Among other thing, I think snatches are very good for mobility and alignment. Moreover, I want to do some more deadlifting after Uddevalla.
