28kgs PR

LC 2x28kg: 43/10min (7rpm last minute, total rep PR; max HR was 187 bpm)

Jerk 2x24kg with Fixometer: 20
Jerk 2x20kg with Fixometer: 20

Snatch 20kg 10 sec rest at bottom, 10sec rest at top: 2min/2min

Stretching

A PR with the 28s and the first day of the year. I am thinking of competing with 28s in Uddevalla. So I wanted to do a test set with 28s. My plan was that if result is under 40reps I will compete with 24s, if it is over 40reps I might compete with 28kgs.

I must have done something better last weeks - lately I have jogged, focused on lockouts with the Fixometer, and consciously worked on increasing rpm during shorter sets (1-8min, usually only with +1rpm) with 24s and 28s.

Kör du nån militärpress, push press eller jerk med skivstång som assistansövning till LCCJ?

Tack Henrik! Nej, ingen av de övningar som du nämner som assistans. Tror de skulle vara bra fast svårt att få in i ett program för mig pga återhämtning då det redan är mycket lyft över huvudet. För någon yngre, eller om man kör mer cykliskt över året tror jag dock det vore bra lyft.
