OA bar hang: 30sec/30sec
7rpm instead of 6rpm makes a lot of difference for me. An easily spotted weak link that is easy to improve.
I tried again with thumbs forward in the clean. Harder on back, easier on grip, rack is easier. What I like with it is that one rep becomes faster. I don't know if I would get away with thumbs forward with 28kgs - if it would tire back too soon. According to plans this was the last session of 2013.
