Bodybuilding day

Late Thursday evening I got a slight spasm in my lower back. My back is usually in about the only body part that doesn't cause troubles (yet :-). It felt good next day and I don't know why I got it - the previous day's running, more counsiously spent time in lockout, adjacent taining days?

In every case, backs are not to be played with so I ditched my plans of repeating a 2xbw/165kg deadlift. Today, I decided to play it safe and did a low volume bodybuilding session:

Squats 50kg: 4x 10reps (deep, varying width)

Bench 80kg: 3x 4reps
Close grip Bench 50kg: 10reps

Parallell grip pull-ups: 3x 6reps

Some grip stuff; for example wristcurls supersetted with biceps curls (that burnt!)

Stretching

Not very high weights, but as I get tired they should do me good.
