Some more LC
LC 2x20kg, 2x24kg: 5 each
LC 2x28kg: 26 /5min (5rpm +1)
Jerk 2x24kg, with fixometer: 20reps
Jerk 2x20kg, with fixometer: 20reps
Will work tomorrow and probably take a day, or two, of from training.
