An easy form session.
I saw some text that distinguished between 'exercizing' and 'training'. I don't think that there are such fine distinctions between corresponding terms (öva, träna) in Swedish. I never understood Pavel's distinction between 'practicing' and 'training' either. Something is lost in translation.
