With fixometer:
Jerk 2x24kg: 14
Oa jerk 32kg: 5/5
Oa jerk 36kg: 5/5

Bar hang: 1,5min

Thursday 12th
Jerk 2x24kg with fixometer: 24,21,20 (3min sets)

Snatch 20kg: 3min/3min (no counting, just for adapting to snatch)

I like the Fixometer; it helps against my slow dips. I suspect it makes me hold my breath in lockout, though (to get more still and get green light). Still, evaluating...

Saturday14th
Deadlift 110kg x 6reps; 130kg x 5reps; 150kg x 1; 160kg x 1; 165kg x 1 rep; 130kg x 4reps

Squat 50kg: 2x 10reps

Bench press 80kg x 3reps; 85 kg x 3reps

A nice lifting day. I am keeping deadlift volume very low (few reps and ca every 14th day) so it does not interfere with the important things - GS lifts. Pulled double body weight (82,2kg) - I wanted it on film but it turned out to be a lot of pics of my shoes instead :-). I have pulled 165kg before but was unsure about lockout so I wanted it on video this time... I believe it was ok, but was very close to faint.

Sunday 15th
All with fixometer 4min sets
Jerk 2x24kg: 24,23
Jerk 2x20kg: 28

Snatch 20kg: 2min/2min (no count)

Lifting with Fixometer means local-tolerance-of-lactic-acid-training in triceps for me at this point of time. A way to go for older dudes.
