LC 2x24kg: 34/5min (wanted 35reps)
The Uddevalla Open competition is the first weekend in February. I have to engage in terrible work capacity and cardio training again :-).
The sets above builds on my rpm max for a 10min set +1rpm. I will rest tomorrow and might have to abstain Wedensday as well.
