7rpm set Thursday

LC 2x24kg: 42 / 6min (time/rep PR)

Jerk 2x28kg with fixometer: 2x 10reps

Another set at my 10min max rpm +1 (=7 rpm) . Very tiresome actually. And did not get a lot done afterwards.
So far, I like the fixometer as a training tool. I don't believe in it for judging, yet; but I've been wrong before.
